By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from MattressGlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Scope & Cleaning Limitations
MattressGlow provides professional mattress cleaning services using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products intended to reduce dust, dirt, stains, odors, allergens, bacteria, and contaminants.
However, due to the nature of mattress materials, contamination levels, and prior usage:
- Complete removal of dust, stains, odors, allergens, bacteria, or contaminants is not guaranteed.
- Some dust particles, embedded debris, stains, or odors may remain after cleaning.
- Results vary based on mattress age, condition, material composition, prior treatments, environmental exposure, and contamination severity.
Our services are cosmetic and hygienic maintenance services — not restoration or sterilization services.
2. No Guarantee of Complete Dust Removal
While MattressGlow significantly reduces dust and particulate buildup, we do not guarantee the total elimination of dust or microscopic particles from any mattress or bedding surface. Mattresses naturally accumulate dust over time, and complete removal is often not possible without material damage.
3. Pre-Existing Condition Disclaimer
MattressGlow is not responsible for any pre-existing issues including but not limited to:
- Structural weakness or deterioration
- Mold, mildew, moisture damage, or pest infestation
- Pet damage or biological contamination
- Manufacturer defects or material aging
- Prior improper cleaning or chemical exposure
Cleaning may reveal hidden stains, discoloration, odors, or damage that existed before service.
4. Property Damage Limitation
MattressGlow is not liable for damage to mattresses, bed frames, box springs, adjustable bases, headboards, bedding, furniture, flooring, walls, nearby property, or electrical/mechanical bed components when caused by pre-existing conditions, structural weaknesses, or undisclosed issues.
5. Health & Medical Disclaimer
MattressGlow does not provide medical, sanitation, or health treatment services. Our services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions and do not guarantee allergy relief, respiratory improvement, or health benefits. Customers with medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Disclose mold, infestations, damage, or sensitivities prior to service
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the mattress
- Remove bedding and personal items before arrival
- Keep pets and children away during service
Failure to disclose relevant information may limit cleaning effectiveness and release MattressGlow from liability.
7. 15-Day Service Guarantee
Customers must report dissatisfaction within 15 days of service completion. The guarantee is limited to one re-cleaning of the same mattress. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at MattressGlow’s discretion. Permanent stains, odors, dust reaccumulation, or pre-existing conditions are excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
MattressGlow’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including health claims, lost time, property damage, or business interruption.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid balances may incur additional fees where permitted by law.
10. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or denied access may result in a service charge.
11. Right to Refuse Service
MattressGlow reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions, biohazards, excessive contamination, undisclosed issues, or restricted access are present.
12. Indemnification
Customers agree to hold MattressGlow harmless from claims arising from undisclosed conditions, pre-existing damage, health reactions not caused by negligence, or misuse after service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the service is performed.
14. Agreement Confirmation
By scheduling, booking, or receiving service, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions whether signed physically, digitally, or accepted online.
