1. Service Description
We provide professional, on-site mattress cleaning using non-toxic, child-safe products. Our service includes deep cleaning and odor removal.

2. Stain Disclaimer
While we strive for the best results, 100% stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent due to mattress material, age, or previous treatments. However, we do guarantee odor removal.

3. Non-Refundable Service
All mattress cleaning services are non-refundable. Once the cleaning process begins, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of outcome.

4. Post-Cleaning Instructions
To ensure proper drying and effectiveness:

Keep a fan running and windows open for at least 8 hours after cleaning.

Do not cover the mattress with bedding during this period.

Your mattress will be ready to use the same day if care instructions are followed.

5. Customer Responsibility
By submitting your order, you confirm that:

You understand results may vary and that stain removal is not guaranteed.

You agree that this is a non-refundable service.

You will follow the post-cleaning instructions provided above.
